Chez Hesperia: The Evening Palace Part I & II - In the distant future they discovered that staffing a resort in deep space is best done with the elderly. The low gravity is easy on their frail bodies and it gets the old people off the crowded Earth. Getting old in the future is less desirable then it is on present day Earth.
